Submissions to these tools are processed through a third-party workflow automation service (Make) and may be scored using a third-party AI system as described in Section 4. We do not use your responses for any purpose beyond generating your report and following up about our services, and we do not share your submission data with unrelated third parties.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Some tools on this site use a third-party AI service to help generate your diagnostic report. When that happens, your submission is sent to that AI provider solely to produce your report. It is not used to train the provider's AI models, and it is not used for any purpose beyond generating your result and following up with you as described in this policy.
Separately, for the client engagements we deliver under a signed agreement, we are building toward running AI processing on private, hosted infrastructure with no client data exposed externally. Until that infrastructure is fully in place, we will not connect AI tooling to any system containing live client data without your explicit knowledge.
This site uses Umami, a privacy-focused website analytics service provided by a third party, to measure aggregate traffic — such as which pages are viewed and the general region visitors come from — so we can improve the site. Umami does not use cookies or other tracking technologies stored on your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising or marketing profile of you. It does not store your IP address or other information that identifies you personally; what we see is aggregate, anonymized usage data. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, this site does not display a cookie-consent banner. If we ever adopt an analytics or measurement tool that uses cookies or similar device storage, we will name it here and add appropriate consent controls before it goes live.
We retain information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or deliver the service you requested, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@wideninesolutions.com.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@wideninesolutions.com. We'll respond as promptly as we can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU or UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA); we extend the core of these rights — access, correction, and deletion — to all visitors, regardless of location.
This site and its services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
