The Deal Velocity Diagnosis — ranked fixes, backed by your own data.
It runs the same scoring standards behind every engagement here against the real thing: your pipeline, your response history, your bid decisions. Then we spend dedicated time walking through the findings together.
Three ways in
One door, chosen on a thirty-minute call, depending on where it actually hurts.
- Sales Performance. Your CRM data, forecast accuracy, and how much of your pipeline is real.
- Content & Response. Your answer library, and what happens when an RFP or a security questionnaire lands.
- Pursuit Gate. The bids you said yes to — and the ones you should have declined.
What you get
- A scored assessment run on your actual data, not a questionnaire you fill in about yourself
- A ranked fix list — what to do first, and what to leave
- A live hour walking through the findings, not a report left on your desk
- The assessment and the fix list are yours to keep, whether or not you go further
How it differs from the free tools
The free tools all run on what you tell them. Two are self-reported assessments — you answer about twenty questions and they score your answers. The third does math on figures you supply and assumptions you set yourself. All three are genuinely useful and cost nothing. The Diagnosis scores the thing itself — the deals, the library, the bid decisions — which is the whole reason it costs money. If a free version would tell you enough, take the free version.
The fee
$1,500. Fully credited toward a fixed-scope foundation booked within thirty days.
If the Diagnosis doesn’t surface at least one gap worth more than the fee, you don’t pay it. You keep the assessment and the fix list either way.
Nothing is invoiced up front. No deposit, no card on file — the fee is invoiced on the day of the readout, net 15, after you have seen what it bought. That is a contract term, not a gesture: it is written into the short-form SOW.
The guarantee is a commercial term, not a flourish. The bar is a gap worth more than the fee — not just “a gap”, because a promise nobody can fail is not a promise.
Who this is not for
If your deals close on a handshake and a signature — no RFP, no security questionnaire, no procurement committee — there is nothing here worth scoring, and you will hear that on the call rather than after the invoice. Same if what you want is the fix rather than the read: skip this and go straight to the foundation that matches. The five foundations are on the homepage, and each has its own page.
Not ready to pay for a read? Start with the Content Readiness Assessment or the Sales Performance Scorecard — both free, both about five minutes, neither attached to a call.
