The baseline the rest is measured against
The Measure baseline is a scored, company-wide read on how the sales engine is actually running — so the next thing you fix is the one that is costing you most.
Sold as Sales Performance Insights.
Why this exists
Before you fix anything you need a straight answer on how the engine is really running. Most teams have a hunch and a dashboard that agrees with it.
The short, fixed-scope version of this is the cheapest first “yes” here, and it is deliberately the smallest thing on the menu.
What you get
- A Sales Performance Score — 0–100 with a letter grade, across five categories
- A category-by-category breakdown of the highest-leverage gaps, not a list of everything that is imperfect
- A prioritized 90-day roadmap: what to do first, and what to leave alone
- A live readout — the findings walked through with you, not a document left on your desk to interpret alone
How it runs
The shortest engagement here, on purpose — scoped at kickoff, typically two to three weeks. We score the five categories, break out the gaps and build the roadmap, and close with the live readout.
Done means
The scored report with its category breakdown and the 90-day roadmap are delivered, the readout has run live, and the checklist is walked and recorded.
What this is not
Named here rather than discovered in week two:
- A benchmark against other companies your size. There is no peer dataset behind this score and I will not imply one — you are scored against an operating standard, not a percentile.
- The revenue-leakage estimate. It needs discount data, so it lives in Orchestrate where that data is.
- Data cleansing. This tells you your data health is a problem; it does not clean the records.
Worth knowing before you buy: the 90-day roadmap ends with a document. It is an honest starting point and it is not a plan somebody is running for you — if what you want is the execution, the roadmap tells you which foundation to buy next.
The fee
Fixed fee, inside the published Silver band of $4,000–$10,000 per foundation.
Set by scope, agreed in writing before any work starts — and the acceptance definition above is written before the number is. Fifty percent on signature, the balance on recorded acceptance. The delivery clock starts when the deposit lands, not when the SOW is signed.
